1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and b339 ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at b339.app and its associated subdomains and mobile interfaces. This Agreement governs all aspects of your relationship with b339, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, participation in games, use of promotional offers, and access to customer support services.

By accessing b339.app, creating an account, or using any service offered through the b339 platform, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their current form, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the platform. These documents are incorporated by reference into this Agreement and form part of the complete legal framework governing your use of b339.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the b339 platform and, if applicable, close your account. Continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of the Terms as amended from time to time in accordance with Section 13 of this Agreement.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register an account and use the b339 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. b339 enforces a strict 21+ minimum age requirement for all account holders without exception.
• You must be a natural person of legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, consultant, or agent of b339, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have previously had a b339 account suspended, terminated, or banned for breach of these Terms.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion register maintained by b339 or any third-party responsible gaming organisation to which b339 subscribes.
• You must not be accessing b339 from a jurisdiction where the use of online gaming services is prohibited by applicable law, to the extent that you are aware of such prohibition.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, current residential address, and a valid contact email address. Providing false or misleading information at registration constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance held.

b339 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity and age at any time, including at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or in response to a suspicious activity flag. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Accounts where KYC verification has not been completed may have withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is satisfactorily completed.

3. Account Management

Your b339 account is personal to you and must not be shared with, transferred to, or operated by any third party. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not you authorised that activity. You must take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to your account, including maintaining a strong and unique password and enabling two-factor authentication where offered.

b339 recommends that you do not access your account from shared or public devices, that you always log out fully after each session, and that you notify b339 customer support immediately if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised. b339 will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to secure your account credentials.

b339 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where it reasonably believes that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The account is being used for fraudulent, money laundering, or other unlawful purposes;
• The account has been accessed by an individual who does not meet the eligibility criteria in Section 2;
• The account holder has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information;
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from a competent authority necessitate account suspension or closure.

Upon account closure or termination, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any applicable bonus amounts subject to forfeiture) will be returned to the player via their last verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and any applicable fraud investigation hold periods.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

b339 processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Allied Bank, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. The availability of specific payment methods may vary based on current operational status, and b339 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to players.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply per transaction and per payment method. Current limits are displayed within the b339 cashier section at the time of transaction. b339 reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at its discretion, including in response to regulatory requirements, risk management considerations, or individual account-level assessments.

Deposits: Deposits are generally credited to your b339 account within the timeframe specified for each payment method. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits typically reflect within minutes of successful confirmation. b339 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider or your bank's internal processing timelines.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC identity verification in full before any withdrawal can be processed;
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used for a deposit, or a verified method on record with b339;
• Withdrawal requests are typically reviewed and processed within one to three business days, subject to the completion of any required verification or fraud review;

• Any active bonus wagering requirement must be satisfied in full before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.

All funds deposited to b339 must originate from a payment account or instrument that belongs to and is registered in the name of the account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in the return of funds and potential account review.

General bonus conditions applicable to all b339 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to account holders who meet the eligibility criteria specified in each promotion, including minimum deposit requirements and account verification status;
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per eligible player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise;
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement, which must be completed in full before a withdrawal request for bonus-derived funds will be approved;
• Games may contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Slots typically contribute at 100%, while live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate or not at all — refer to the specific promotion terms;
• b339 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable;

VIP programme rewards, including cashback and tier-specific perks, are governed by the b339 VIP Programme terms published on the platform. VIP status is assessed periodically and b339 reserves the right to adjust a player's tier at any time based on activity levels and programme criteria.

6. Responsible Gaming

b339 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe, fair, and transparent environment for all players. The platform's responsible gaming framework is a regulatory obligation under b339's international gaming licence, and compliance with responsible gaming standards is taken seriously at every level of the organisation.

b339 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders, accessible from within the account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit to your b339 account in PKR. Deposit limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Multi-Accounting: Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one b339 account, either personally or in coordination with another individual;
• Underage Gambling: Accessing or using the b339 platform if you are under 21 years of age, or facilitating access by any individual under 21;
• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment methods; providing false identity documents; or engaging in any form of fraud against b339 or other players;
• Money Laundering: Using the b339 platform to facilitate, conceal, or transfer the proceeds of unlawful activity;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly live casino and poker variants;
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to place bets, make decisions, or interact with the b339 platform without human control;
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system malfunctions to generate winnings. b339 reserves the right to void bets placed in circumstances where a manifest error has occurred;
• Abusive Behaviour: Directing abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing communications at b339 staff or other players through any channel.

b339 employs automated monitoring systems and human review teams to detect prohibited conduct. The platform cooperates fully with international regulatory bodies and law enforcement agencies in relation to investigations involving its services.

8. Games & Betting Rules

All casino games available on b339 utilise certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently audited and approved by accredited third-party testing laboratories. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are published within the game information section. b339 does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to do so in compliance with its licence obligations.

Sports betting markets on b339 are governed by the b339 Sportsbook Rules, which are published separately on the platform. In summary:

• All bets are accepted at b339's discretion. b339 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion;
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the relevant market being open at the time the bet instruction is received and confirmed by b339's system;
• In the event of a disputed outcome, b339's decision based on official results from the relevant sporting body shall be final;
• Cricket betting, including PSL markets, is subject to specific cricket betting rules published within the sportsbook section;
• b339 reserves the right to void markets in the event of match abandonment, postponement beyond the specified result deadline, or confirmed match-fixing investigations.

Any malfunction of the b339 platform, including server errors, connection failures, or game software errors, will void the affected game round or bet. b339 will not be liable for losses arising from platform malfunctions beyond the return of the stake for the affected round.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, b339 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the b339 platform, even if b339 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

b339's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your b339 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

b339 does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, uninterrupted, or error-free. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary platform unavailability, for which b339 shall not be liable.

b339 shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement where such failure is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, telecommunications failures, regulatory actions, or third-party payment processing disruptions.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the b339 platform, including but not limited to the b339 brand name, logo, website design, game content, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of b339 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the b339 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any b339 content in any manner without b339's prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of b339's intellectual property constitutes a breach of this Agreement and may also constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property law, for which b339 reserves all rights and remedies.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

b339 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published separately at b339.app/privacy-policy and is incorporated by reference into this Agreement. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

b339 processes personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification (KYC), payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and regulatory reporting. b339 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

b339 retains personal data for the periods required by its regulatory obligations and as described in the Privacy Policy. You may exercise your data subject rights, including access, rectification, and erasure (subject to regulatory retention requirements), by contacting b339 customer support.

12. Disputes & Complaints

b339 is committed to resolving player disputes fairly, transparently, and in a timely manner. If you have a complaint about any aspect of the b339 service, you should follow the procedure set out below:

• Step 1 — Contact Customer Support: In the first instance, raise your complaint with b339 customer support via live chat, available 24/7. Provide full details of the issue, including your account details, the date and time of the incident, and any transaction or game round references;
• Step 2 — Formal Written Complaint: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through live chat, submit a formal written complaint by email to the b339 support address provided in the Contact section of the platform. b339 will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and provide a full written response within 14 days;
• Step 3 — Escalation: If you remain dissatisfied following b339's formal response, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body specified under b339's international gaming licence. b339's decision on matters of game outcome, where the RNG and system logs confirm the outcome, shall be final. b339 will not re-open decided game outcomes absent clear evidence of a system error documented in platform logs.

13. Amendments to These Terms

b339 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a player — b339 will provide reasonable advance notice via a notification on the platform or by email to your registered address, where practicable.

The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at b339.app/terms-conditions, with the effective date clearly stated. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Your continued use of the b339 platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement.

If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the b339 platform and may close your account. Any outstanding verified real-money balance will be returned in accordance with the withdrawal procedures in Section 4.

14. Governing Law & Severability

This Agreement is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which b339 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through the complaints procedure in Section 12 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration bodies specified under b339's licensing jurisdiction.

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or competent authority, that provision shall be severed from the Agreement without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

The failure of b339 to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. A waiver of any particular breach shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.

This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion rules published on the platform, constitutes the entire agreement between you and b339 with respect to your use of the platform and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind.
